Operator

Workilo is operated by AIAB Software Group Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation. References to "Workilo," "we," or "us" in these terms refer to AIAB Software Group Inc.

Introduction

Welcome to Workilo. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, or that interfere with the operation of Workilo or its users' enjoyment of the services.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, trademarks, and data on this site are owned by AIAB Software Group Inc. or its licensors.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

User Content

• Responsibility: You are responsible for any content you upload or share through our platform.
• Rights: By submitting content, you grant Workilo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely to provide and improve the services.

Third-Party Platforms

Workilo integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Workilo to take actions on that account on your behalf (including but not limited to publishing posts, reading engagement metrics, and accessing account metadata) solely as required to deliver the Workilo features you have enabled.

Your use of these third-party platforms is also governed by each platform's own terms of service. Workilo is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, Google LLC (including YouTube), or any other third-party platform operator. Workilo is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with these companies.

YouTube. If you connect a YouTube channel, Workilo uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you choose to publish to that channel. By using this feature you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Workilo's access to your Google data at any time in your Google Account settings.

Termination

• Breach of Terms: Workilo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
• Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@workilo.io.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIAB Software Group Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall be the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

Workilo may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
