Welcome to Workilo, your digital workshop of specialized AI workers.
Workilo gives you a team of specialized AI workers (called workalongs) that collaborate through structured workflows to take a job from idea to finished deliverable. This guide covers setup, the team, how workflows run, integrations, and billing.
1) Create your account
- Sign up and verify your email. No credit card required.
- Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with full access.
- A short onboarding picks your role and suggests a first workalong.
2) Run your first workflow
- Open Workflows and pick a goal, e.g. Enhanced Blog Creation or a Social Media Campaign.
- Fill the short intake form. Set up a Client first and Workilo pre-fills it from that client's brand and marketing profile.
- Each phase runs in sequence; you approve at the gates and the finished work lands at the end.
3) Connect your tools (optional)
- WordPress: publish blog posts directly to your site.
- Google Analytics 4 / Search Console: pull traffic and ranking data.
- Meta, Instagram, and Threads: post social content from Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Slack: get workflow notifications in your channels.
Workalongs
Workalongs are specialized digital workers. Each has a clear role, and they hand off to one another inside workflows so a job moves end-to-end without you re-briefing every step. Your team currently includes twelve workalongs.

Workflows
A workflow chains several workalongs together to reach a goal. You start one from the Workflows tab, fill a short intake form, and the workalongs run each phase in order, handing work to the next specialist automatically.

How workflows run
Every workflow follows the same predictable shape.
Work runs as a sequence of phases, each handled by the right workalong. You can watch progress in real time.
At key points the workflow pauses for your review before continuing. Nothing irreversible happens without your sign-off.
Output from one phase becomes the input to the next, so context carries forward without re-briefing.
Stuck on a phase? A Force advance option lets you skip past it and keep moving. Completed and failed runs are archived in History.
Integrations
Connect the tools you already use. Posting connections live in Settings → Connected Accounts.
- WordPress: publish blog posts, with images uploaded straight to your media library.
- Google Analytics 4 / Search Console: pull traffic, rankings, and search insights.
- Meta, Instagram & Threads: publish social posts via secure OAuth.
- Slack: receive workflow notifications and updates in your channels.
- Google Calendar: book and manage demos.
Your own AI keys
You can add API keys from your own accounts under your profile menu → Profile → AI provider keys. You keep your full monthly Workilo allowance either way; work that runs on your own key simply doesn't draw it down.
- OpenAI and Anthropic: chats with your Workalongs (and OpenAI image generation) run on your account, outside your Workilo token allowance.
- Brave Search, Pexels and Google PageSpeed: web search, deep research, stock photos and website speed checks use your key instead of Workilo's.
- Higgsfield: lets Felix and your own agents make videos and images. See Video & images below.
- Other services (Gemini, ElevenLabs, Runway and more, or any service you name under “Other”): stored now for integrations still on the way. Workilo doesn't use them yet.
How your keys are kept
Keys are encrypted before they're stored and are never shown again; you only ever see the last four characters. Most keys are checked with the provider when you save them. If a provider later refuses a key, Workilo marks it and goes back to its own key (or, for Higgsfield, asks you to fix it). Remove a key at any time on the same screen.
Video & images with Higgsfield
Felix can make videos and images with Higgsfield right in chat. It runs on your own Higgsfield account: renders use your Higgsfield credits, Workilo adds no charge, and they don't count against your token allowance. Add your Higgsfield key ID and secret under AI provider keys (Images & video), then just ask Felix. To use it with your own agents, switch on the Higgsfield tool set when you edit the agent.
- Short videos from a description, or from a photo you upload (Seedance 2.5).
- A talking clip of you from a still of your face, a short muted framing clip and a WAV voice sample.
- Motion transfer: your character performs the moves in a clip. Object swap: your product replaces an object in a clip.
- Photos and campaign images (SOUL 2, Marketing Studio), with Higgsfield's styles and presets.
Costs and timing
Ask “how much would that cost?” and Felix gets Higgsfield's estimate without starting anything. He checks with you before a video longer than 10 seconds, anything at 1080p, or several renders at once. Most renders take a few minutes. If one runs longer, Felix gives you a reference to check later. Do that within about seven days, because Higgsfield deletes results after that. Finished files are saved in the conversation, ready for the content queue.
Files you can use
JPEG, PNG or WebP images (GIF too, except for Marketing Studio), MP4 video and WAV audio, uploaded to the chat or as public https:// links. Convert iPhone MOV videos to MP4 and voice notes to WAV first. Source clips for motion transfer and
object swap must be at least 4 seconds long; only the first 30 seconds are used.
Only use a face or voice that's yours, or that you have the person's permission to use.

FAQ
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial gives full access with no card required.
What's a token?
Tokens measure AI usage. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; top-up packs add more and carry over.
Where is my data hosted?
Workspace, documents and outputs stored on dedicated servers in Toronto. Model calls routed per provider, and we publish where each one goes. See the per-provider routing. Enterprise can keep inference in Canada too.
